The probable origin of Freemasonry has provoked varied versions among countless historians. Opinions prevail around the hypothesis about the constitution of Builders Corporations in the Middle Ages. These associations brought together the majority of professionals dedicated to the elaboration of projects and the construction of temples and palaces. Parallel to the bibliography on social economy, researchers highlight two periods of the Middle Ages as fundamental in the organization of commercial and professional relations at the time. The Freemasonry that originated from them opted for different liturgical procedures, according to the conceptual substrates of the practicing communities. In the regions led by Great Britain, religious symbolism associated with empirical scientism predominated, in France and Germany, esoteric symbolism and Judeo-Christian rationalism were preferred.

Loja Sinergia was founded in 1993, on June 24, in the city of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul by brothers belonging to other stores in the jurisdiction.
Our store is under the jurisdiction of the Masonic Grand Lodge of the State of Rio Grande do Sul.
We work at the Hypólito Jesus Morgão Temple located inside the G.L.M.R.S Masonic Palace in the Ritual of Emulation on Thursday nights starting at 8:30 pm from March to December.
